This Craigellachie is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2008 and bottled at 8 years old by Dong Fang Ming. It comes from a sherry butt at a cask strength of 65.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose it shows Pu'er tea, moist tobacco, mineral notes and dry rose. The palate is salty and dry, with raisin and coffee bean, and the finish is short, with bonfire smoke and nut.
