Crown Royal Black (1L, 45%)

Crown Royal Black is a Canadian whisky in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. The Crown Royal name dates to 1939, when the first blend was made in honour of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth during their visit to Canada. The recipe came from the Bronfman family and was first produced at the LaSalle distillery in Quebec. Production later moved to Ontario and, after 1992, to the Gimli distillery in Manitoba, by which time the brand belonged to Diageo. Crown Royal whiskies are described as showing stewed apple and caramel aromas and an intense finish.
