Crown Royal Canadian Whisky (175cl)

Crown Royal Fine De Luxe is a Canadian whisky, here in a 1.75 litre bottle. It was first made in 1939 to mark the first tour of Canada by King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, and it is blended from more than 50 whiskies aged in oak barrels. It is amber-gold in the glass, light to medium in body, with a velvety mouthfeel. The nose is rich, with sweet vanilla, dried fruit, subtle floral notes and gentle oak. The palate is smooth and creamy, with cooked fruit, caramel, vanilla and light toasted oak spice. The finish is long and soft, with warm oak and sweet spice.
