Crown Royal Fine De Luxe is a Canadian whisky in a 1.14 litre bottle, blended from more than 50 different whiskies and aged in oak barrels.
It was first created in 1939 to mark the first tour of Canada by King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
The nose offers vanilla, toasted oak, dark caramel and a little ripe orchard fruit. On the palate it is soft and creamy, with caramel, brown sugar and a very mild rye spice. The finish is long, ending on soft oak, gentle sweetness and vanilla.
