Crown Royal Single Malt is a 10-year-old Canadian single malt made from 100% malted barley and bottled at 45% in a 750ml bottle. It was distilled in copper stills at Valleyfield Distillery in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec, and matured for ten years in new charred white oak barrels.
Vanilla and ripe banana lead the nose, with caramel, crisp apple and baking spices. The palate opens with vanilla and cream, then light banana and nut, building to honey, caramel, butterscotch and cinnamon. The finish is medium to long, with green oak and black pepper against the sweeter notes.
