Crown Royal Single Malt Canadian Whisky (75cl)

This is a Canadian single malt whisky from Crown Royal, in a 75cl bottle. It is made from 100% malted barley and was distilled at the Valleyfield distillery near Montreal, not at the Gimli distillery near Winnipeg where the brand is best known for production. It was milled, mashed and distilled in the Canadian cold, and it follows the single malt approach more often associated with Scotland. In the glass it shows cinnamon and baked apple, with vanilla and banana on the finish.
