A Peruvian pisco from Cuatro Gallos, a family winery founded in 1990 in the Ica Valley. It is a mosto verde made from Torontel, one of the aromatic grapes grown among the estate's more than 40 hectares of alluvial and sandy soils.
Pisco is a grape spirit made from pressed grape must, taking care not to break the pips or include the skins. The estate also grows Albilla, Italia, Moscatel, Mollar, Negra Criolla and Quebranta, and has exported to Europe since 2011.
