Barrique de Muscat is a Welsh single malt from Da Mhile, made from organic ingredients. It was matured for seven and a half years in a Muscat wine cask, which gives the bottle its name.
The cask brings out layers of dried fruit, caramelised sugar and a hint of festive spice. The whisky is full-bodied and rich, with a pudding-like depth.
