Penderyn Myth is a single malt from the Penderyn distillery in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales. It is matured in a range of selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, chosen to let the clean, fruity spirit come through. The nose is fresh and lively, with mixed citrus fruits, apple, pear drops and a faint hint of tropical fruit. Sweetness leads on the palate before a little refreshing bitterness appears, while the fruit stays prominent. The flavours fade gently into a light, easy finish.
