Daftmill – 15 Year Old Cask Strength (70cl, 55.7%)

Daftmill 15 Year Old is a Lowland single malt from a farm distillery run by the brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert. Whisky is distilled only twice a year, in mid-summer and mid-winter, when work on the surrounding fields allows, and the barley is grown on their own land. This 15 year old was matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at a cask strength of 55.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
