Daftmill – 2010/2023 Winter Batch Release (70cl, 46%)

Daftmill Winter Batch Release 2023 is a Lowland single malt from a family farm distillery in Fife, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Only 6550 bottles were filled. It was made from Publican barley harvested on 28 and 29 August 2009 and malted in the summer of 2010 at Crisp Malt in Alloa. Twenty-five first fill bourbon casks were filled in November and December 2010 and the whisky stayed in them until this bottling.
