This is a Lowland single malt from Daftmill, a family-run farm distillery. It was distilled in 2010, matured only in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and bottled in 2021 as the Summer Batch Release, at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The release is limited to 6,250 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. Expect vanilla, orchard fruit and gentle spice, with a creamy mouthfeel.
