Daftmill – 2010 Summer Release (70cl, 46%)

Daftmill 2010 Summer Release is a Lowland single malt, distilled in summer 2010 and bottled in 2021 at 46% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. It is made with Optic barley, a variety grown on the distillery's land since the 1980s, though it has been pushed aside over the years in favour of more indigenous barley. The whisky is a vatting of 25 first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, and the release is limited to 6,250 bottles.
