Daftmill – 2011 Itinéraires Collection Cask 101/2011 (70cl, 58.9%)

This is a 13 year old Lowland single malt from Daftmill, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 at 58.9% ABV. It is a limited edition of 300 bottles, made for the Itinéraires Collection. Daftmill is a farm distillery run by the Cuthbert family, which distils only in the farm's quieter periods. The barley, a variety called Publican, was grown on the farm and harvested in August 2009, then malted in Alloa in summer 2010. The whisky matured in a first fill oloroso sherry butt, filled on 23 December 2011. It spent its years in the ground floor of the warehouse at the distillery.
