Daftmill – 2011 Itinéraires Collection Cask 101/2011 (70cl, 58.9%)

Daftmill 2011 is a single malt from a Lowland farm distillery, bottled in 2025 at 58.9% in a 70cl bottle for the Collection Itinéraires. It is a limited edition of 300 bottles from a single cask, number 101/2011. The whisky matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, filled on 23 December 2011 and kept on the ground floor of the warehouse at Daftmill. The barley, a variety called Publican, was grown on the farm, harvested in August 2009 and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2010. Daftmill is owned and run by the Cuthbert family, and distils only in the farm's quieter periods of midsummer and winter.
