Daftmill – 2011 Summer Batch Release (70cl, 46%)

Daftmill 2011 Summer Batch Release is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was distilled in the summer of 2011 and bottled in 2023, after more than 12 years at Daftmill Farm. The edition is 6,550 bottles, drawn from 27 first-fill bourbon casks sourced from the Clermont Springs distillery in Kentucky. The barley is Publican, harvested on 28 and 29 August 2009 and malted in Alloa in the summer of 2010. Daftmill has operated as a farm distillery since 2005 and is owned and run by the Cuthbert family. It distils only in the farm's quieter seasons, mid-summer and winter.
