Daftmill 2011 Winter Release 2024 is a 12 year old Lowland single malt, distilled in the winter of 2011 and bottled in 2024. It is made in small batches from home-grown barley and water from a local spring, and aged in first-fill bourbon casks.
It is bottled at 46%, with 7,500 bottles released worldwide.
The nose brings honeyed orchard fruits, vanilla and gentle oak. The palate has caramel, citrus zest, baked apple and light spice, and the finish is clean and lingering.
