Daftmill – 2013 Summer Batch (46%)

This is the 2013 Summer Batch from Daftmill, a single malt Scotch bottled at 46%. The spirit was distilled from Concerto barley grown on the farm and harvested in early September 2011. It was drawn from 14 first fill Bourbon barrels and matured for 13 years, then bottled with no added colour and without chill filtration. Daftmill is a working farm distillery that distils only during the quiet periods of the farming year, producing as little as 100 casks a year.
