Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the distillery at Alness, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in rare, aged Oloroso sherry casks from González Byass.
The nose offers citrus fruit, chocolate and aromatic spices. The palate brings Seville oranges, dried fruit and a subtle vanilla pod sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
