This is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, in a 700ml bottle. The mashbill has a higher rye content, which brings a spicy edge to the sweet oak and brown sugar.
The nose is vanilla and caramel with a little spice. On the palate it is rich with oak, toffee, peppery rye and a soft sweetness. The finish is long, warm and spicy.
