This is a cask strength Taiwanese single malt from Dawu, bottled at 54.7% in a 75cl bottle. It is a double cask expression, matured in oat and bourbon casks.
The whisky is made by Wan Ja Shan, a company with almost a century of soy sauce brewing behind it. Its water comes from Dawu Mountain, in the south of Taiwan's Central Mountain Range, and is filtered over a long journey about 100 metres underground.
