This is a single sherry hogshead of Ben Nevis, bottled by Decadent Drams. The whisky was distilled in 2012, aged for 12 years and reduced slightly to 53% for bottling, in a 70cl bottle.
It is a dense, sticky and weighty malt with a notably viscous texture, from a west Highland distillery. Its character is described as classic for the Ben Nevis spirit.
