Del Bac Classic is an unsmoked American single malt made by Hamilton Distillers in Tucson, Arizona. It is bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It is made from 100% malted barley from the Pacific Northwest, distilled in copper pot stills and aged in American white oak barrels. The barley is not smoked.
The nose has toasted grain with delicate floral and fruity notes. On the palate, caramel, vanilla and honey are joined by subtle oak and spice, with sweet and savoury notes together.
