Del Bac – Dorado Mesquite Smoked Whiskey (75cl, 46%)

Del Bac Dorado is an American single malt from Arizona, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle and never chill-filtered. It is made from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, then mashed, fermented and distilled in copper pots. It is aged in the desert and bottled on site, following the Scottish approach to whisky-making. The nose is tobacco and chocolate, then campfire embers, and the palate has soft tannins and sweet toffee.
