Del Maguey Santo Domingo Albarradas Mezcal (75cl, 48%)

Del Maguey Santo Domingo Albarradas is a mezcal made from Espadín agave in the mountain village of Santo Domingo Albarradas, Oaxaca. It is bottled at 48% abv in a 75cl bottle. The Espadín comes from the Morales Luis family, one of the original Del Maguey families, who work in the tradition of the late Espiridion Morales Luis. In this mountain environment the agave takes longer to mature, which gives it more time to develop flavourful sugars. It is distilled in copper stills.
