Del Maguey Single Village Chichicapa is a mezcal hand-crafted in the village of San Baltazar Chichicapa, set among low hills in a broad, arid valley. It is made from Espadín agave.
The mezcal is naturally fermented and distilled twice in wood-fired copper stills.
The nose has sweet roasted agave and toasted corn. The palate brings dried fruit and sweet almond, and the finish carries chocolate and mint.
