Delamain Pléiade Domaine de la Rambaudie

Delamain Pléiade Domaine de la Rambaudie is a single-estate cognac from the Pléiade collection, drawn from one domain in Grande Champagne. The chalky soils of the cru are associated with elegance, length and ageing potential, and the selection and blending aim to keep that identity clear. The nose is rich, with dried fruit, grapes, fine woods and soft spices, plus floral touches and a hint of rancio. The palate is soft and enveloping, with candied fruit, honey, vanilla and spice on a silky texture. The finish is long, with woody, spicy and lightly toasted notes. It is best served neat at room temperature.
