Delamotte Brut (75cl)

Delamotte Brut is a non-vintage champagne in a 75cl bottle, blended from 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. The Chardonnay brings freshness and lightness, the Pinot Noir adds structure and fruit, and the Pinot Meunier gives density. The blend draws on Côte des Blancs terroirs and spends 36 months ageing in the cellar, giving a rounded, mature style. Brioche and ripe fruit come through on the nose. On the palate there are white fruits, pear and a touch of ginger, with citrus and white flowers adding aromatic purity. Served chilled, it suits the aperitif.
