Devil's Sister is a five-year-old blended American whiskey, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle. It combines three Kentucky whiskeys: one made from 100% wheat, one from 100% corn and one from a 93/7 corn mashbill. All were aged in white oak barrels.
Two Eagles Distillery, founded in 2017 in Mount Prospect, Illinois, blends and bottles the whiskey itself.
The nose has a wisp of smoke, mellow caramel, burnt sugar and faint peach skin. The palate is sweet and rounded, with cream, vanilla, ripe pear and peach, and only light oak. The finish is fairly short, with a flash of pepper, vanilla bean and peach ring candy.
