A 15-year-old rum from the Diamond distillery in Guyana, distilled in 1996 from five barrels in a coffey still and bottled in February 2011. It was aged 15 years in a tropical climate and distilled with water from the Demerara River. The orange label pays tribute to Yesu Persaud, a respected Guyanese figure born on the Diamond plantation. The casks are numbered 7080 to 7084. The distillery preserves its historical heritage with centuries-old alembics.
