Dillon's Rye Whisky is a Canadian rye made by Dillon's Small Batch Distillers in Ontario, in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is made entirely from Canadian rye and aged for four years.
The whisky matures in a mix of new Ontario oak, new American oak and first-fill bourbon casks. Rye grain sits at the centre of its character, with oak, spice and rounded sweetness around it.
The nose brings rye grain, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and baking spice. The palate is full and structured, with rye spice, caramel and vanilla, and the finish is warming and lasting, with toasted oak and gentle sweetness.
