Dingle Bride Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This is a limited-release Irish single malt from Dingle, made to mark Lá 'le Bríde, also known as Imbolg, the Celtic festival that welcomes the start of spring. It was matured in bourbon casks and finished in rye casks. The nose is light and sweet, with honey, raspberries, biscuits, icing sugar and butterscotch. The palate is rich in spice, herbs, caramel and ginger, lifted by a touch of mint, and it closes with toffee and spiced fruit.
