Dingle Samhain is a limited release single malt Irish whiskey inspired by the Celtic festival of Samhain, which marks the end of summer and the start of the Celtic new year.
It was rested in Bourbon casks and finished in Muscatel casks.
The nose is warm, with floral, citrus and cherry notes. The palate is zesty, with hints of raisins, almonds, sweet spice and raspberry, and the long finish brings summer fruits, pepper and cinnamon spice.
