Dingle – Lá le Bríde Single Malt (70cl, 50.5%)

Lá le Bríde is a single malt Irish whiskey from Dingle, part of the limited Wheel of the Year series and dedicated to the traditional start of the Irish spring. It is triple distilled, matured in bourbon casks and finished in rye whiskey casks. It is bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill-filtering. The dark bottle carries golden celestial designs. The nose combines rye bread, butter, honey and raspberry jam. On the palate come apple pie, caramel sauce, candied ginger, nutmeg and pepper, with mint and citrus. The finish is long, with dried fruit, toffee and lasting spice.
