Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled - Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry & PX Sherry Casks (70cl, 46.5%)

This is a triple distilled Irish single malt from Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colour. It is a vatting of three cask types: 47% from bourbon casks, 31% from Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and 22% from Oloroso sherry casks. Dingle brings the parts together through a solera system, which links the portions across successive vattings. The nose combines zesty lime and mint with vanilla and caramel. The palate offers caramelised apple, raspberry and rich fruit cake. The finish is lasting, with honey and gentle spice.
