This is the fourth batch of single pot still whiskey from Dingle Distillery, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of Bourbon and Oloroso casks.
The nose brings nuts, honey, roasted coffee beans and sherry spice, with floral and salty notes. On the palate come dark chocolate, honey, tart white grape and Oloroso, with milk chocolate alongside. The finish carries perfume, Oloroso sherry, raisins and hazelnuts.
