Dingle Single Pot Still Batch 5 Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46.5%)

This is Batch 5 of Dingle's single pot still whiskey, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the fifth and final small batch release in the single pot still series from Dingle Distillery. The whiskey is non-chill filtered and was matured only in bourbon casks. Dried raspberries and butter mints come first, followed by white chocolate with hints of almonds. The chocolate then gives way to Dingle's familiar spice, with soft wood and leather, and the finish is long.
