Eddu is a French whisky made from buckwheat by La Distillerie des Menhirs, and the name is simply the Breton word for buckwheat.
The distillery distilled this one in 2011 and matured it in former Cognac casks. It was bottled in 2021 at 48% ABV.
Only 498 bottles of this Version Française were produced.
