Eddu Silver is a Breton single grain whisky from the Distillerie des Menhirs, founded in 1998 in Brittany.
It is made from buckwheat rather than barley or wheat: 80% unmalted and 20% malted, a mix said to strengthen its fruity character. The spirit is distilled twice in Charentais stills, then aged in casks from Cognac and from the Brocéliande forest.
This is a 70cl bottle.
