Doc Holliday Bottled in Bond is a limited-edition straight bourbon from the World Whiskey Society, in a 750ml bottle at 50% ABV (100 proof).
It was made at one distillery in a single distilling season and matured for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The nose offers caramelised apple and maraschino cherry, with clove, nutmeg and roasted pecan. Caramel, apple pie, cherry, gentle spice and toasted nuttiness follow on the palate, into a long, rich finish.
