Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Triple Cask High Proof is a bourbon finished in Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry and Cognac casks, and bottled at 57.3% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was a limited release in summer 2022.
Each release is blended and married in ex-Cognac foeders before bottling. The finishing is meant to add a dry nuttiness, a subtle sweetness and a longer finish, while keeping the bourbon at the centre.
