Dom Ruinart 2007 is a vintage Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, drawn from Grands Crus in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
The nose is fresh, fruit-driven and floral, with a subtle elegance. With time in the glass, faint notes of oyster shell, flint and smoke emerge. The palate is smooth and refined and leads into a long finish with a mineral edge.
