A Champagne from Ruinart made entirely from chardonnay, in the blanc de blancs style. It is built around the grape's freshness and finesse.
The nose offers citrus, white flowers and fresh fruit, with a light brioche note. On the palate the attack is lively, with lemon and white-fleshed fruit supported by minerality, and a silky texture that balances freshness with roundness. The finish is long, with a saline freshness.
Serve it chilled, as an aperitif or with shellfish and fish.
