Donnafugata Dolce & Gabbana Rosa is a 2025 Sicilian rosé made from Nerello Mascalese and Nocera. Donnafugata was founded in 1983 by Giacomo and Gabriella Rallo, and takes its name from the novel Il Gattopardo.
The wine is a bright pale pink. The nose is broadly floral, with jasmine and rose petals alongside delicate peach and white-fleshed fruit, and it shows minerality and finesse.
On the palate it is round, with a gentle inner tension, tart citrus and melon, and a core of fresh acidity. The finish is long and clean, with a lingering note of nectarine.
