Drookit Dug 9 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky Little Brown Dog (70cl, 45.2%)

Drookit Dug is a blended Scotch whisky bottled by Little Brown Dog in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 45.2%. The youngest whisky in it is 9 years old, and it also contains a good deal of much older whisky, including grain whisky that is 40 years old. That is reflected in the strength. The casks used are not very active. It is soft and easy to drink, with a character that calls to mind toast with butter and honey. The label carries a hint of honey too.
