Dunrobin Canadian Whisky is made in Eastern Ontario. It blends wheat, corn and rye whiskies that have been matured in new oak, sherry and bourbon barrels, and it is designed to be smooth and approachable.
The nose is clean and light, with butterscotch, caramel, burnt sugar and cereal grain. The palate is dry to slightly off-dry, with soft wheat, butterscotch, vanilla and small touches of rye spice. The finish is medium and lingering, with a balanced, subtly complex character.
