Dunville's PX 12 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled by Echlinville Distillery.
The whiskey is aged for 12 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which gives it a pronounced PX sherry influence alongside tropical and orchard fruit and mature oak.
The nose brings tropical and orchard fruit, gentle pepper and Christmas cake. On the palate there is green apple, banana cake and spiced vanilla custard, then candied orange, raisins and figs. The finish is medium, juicy and warming, with sweet sherry and oak.
