Dunville's Three Crowns is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, from the Dunville's brand revived by Echlinville Distillery.
It combines aged grain and malt whiskeys, including an older single malt finished in Oloroso sherry casks. The blend is described as fruity, creamy and gently spiced.
The nose is gently floral, with sweet orchard fruit, nutty caramel, nougat and butterscotch. On the palate, sweet malt leads to orange, lemon and green apple, with pepper, clove, oak tannins and sherry richness. The finish is soft and lingering, with orchard fruit, caramel, walnut and vanilla.
