A 15 year old Spanish single malt from DYC, made at its Segovia distillery and released in 2019 to mark the distillery's 60th anniversary. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Made from 100% malted barley and aged in American oak, this limited edition pays tribute to Nicomedes García, the founder of DYC.
The nose offers honey, vanilla and caramel, with almonds, walnuts, toasted wood, cinnamon and clove. On the palate it is silky, with toffee, sweet malt, ripe apple and pear, and spicy oak with a slightly smoky edge. The finish is long and warm, with cocoa and a gentle touch of wood.
