E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 50% abv in a 75cl bottle. It is made by hand and honours Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., a founding figure of the bourbon industry. Taylor began distilling at the close of the Civil War, when he bought the O.F.C. Distillery, and went on to develop techniques still used today. This bourbon is aged in century-old warehouses that he built. Barrels are evaluated and selected to build its distinctive character, and it is intended as a sipping bourbon.
